Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with new leads in construction and industrial sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, and auto buyers
• Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through contract closing
• Provide knowledgeable guidance to help customers select the right auto
• Meet or exceed individual sales performance goals
• Maintain accurate activity and deal tracking in CRM systems

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset
• Basic technical proficiency with CRM and sales tracking tools
